Penelope Wilson
Photographer and Innovator

BIOGRAPHY

Penelope Wilson is currently working on an invention, a piece of exercise equipment that makes certain exercise easier and helps to prevent injury. She has had it manufactured and is in the first marketing stages, looking to partner or licence.
After graduating from Loughborough College of Art and Design with a degree in Silversmithing and Jewellery Design Penelope started her first business in Hatton Garden. Just after she spent a year living by the side of Loch Ness, working in a little jewellery workshop.
In 1988 she moved from London to Hong Kong, where her daughter Amy was born. This is where Penelope became interested in photography, as she became the resident school photographer. The children used to call her Mrs Camera!
After living in Hong Kong for 14 years, Penelope returned home to the UK and started working with a children's hospice as their photographer, covering many of their social events.
Penelope believes in family and in always being helpful to others. At the core of her being, her most important values are honesty and integrity.
She believes that you should never give up whatever your circumstances. As one door closes another door opens.
Alongside her exercise product, her vision is to publish a book and make a film about narcissism and bring an awareness and an understanding of the secrets that are kept by many while struggling through life in silence.
She has a wide variety of interests from songwriting, exercise and nutrition and painting and she is a proud member of The Global Woman Club where she enjoys meeting strong and successful women in a non-judgmental environment.
